Our Standard Terms and Conditions

 The following terms always apply.
 We will reserve the apartment for 5 days to allow receipt of the deposit.
 If more than 8 weeks to your arrival, reservation is confirmed on receipt of 100 pounds deposit.   Full payment must be completed 8 weeks prior to your arrival date..
Bank Transfers & Payments are considered "made" only when funds received in our account.
Payments for reserved accommodation are not transferable or refundable.
 Problems or complaints must be made to the management company Tenerife south management as soon as you become aware of them  contact details in the info pack .
  Cancellation charges - more than 8 weeks notice 20% otherwise 100%
The Cristian Sur complex regulations must be adhered to at all times .
Check in time after 14:00 hours on day of arrival unless prior agreement reached.
Check out time 10:00 hours on day of departure unless prior agreement reached.
 It's a customers responsibility to have adequate insurance for all clients travelling to Tenerife.
